Free public beta

The recruiter, minus one.

An automated job crawler and resume-free matching engine. It watches the market around the clock, refreshes fresh postings every few hours, and hands them to your AI assistant — so you find the right roles without doing the grunt work.

The mission

Job hunting should be signal, not busywork.

Searching for a job means refreshing a dozen boards, re-reading the same stale listings, and rewriting your resume over and over. recruiter-minus-1 exists to remove that friction — automate the crawling, surface only what fits, and keep your private data on your side.

🛰️

Always crawling

A curated database of live postings, automatically refreshed every ~6 hours so you always see what's new — not what's already gone.

🎯

Matched, not dumped

Describe your background once and get a scored, ranked shortlist — by role, seniority, skills and location — instead of an endless feed.

🔒

Resume-free by design

Your Master CV never leaves your device. Your assistant maps it to structured criteria locally and only sends the search terms.

The MCP Free · Beta

Connect it to Claude in under a minute.

recruiter-minus-1 ships as an MCP server — a connector your AI assistant (like Claude) talks to directly. Add the endpoint once and you can search, match, and even tailor a resume right inside the chat. It's free while in beta.

  1. Open your MCP client. In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the endpoint. Use the streamable-HTTP URL on the right and sign in when prompted.
  3. Say get started. The assistant walks you through finding matches and tailoring a resume — no resume text ever leaves your machine.

Works with any MCP-compatible client that supports remote streamable-HTTP servers with OAuth.
